Have you called any retail store lately? It's a nightmare usually. Yesterday before I left work, about 35 mins from this store, I called New England Hydroponics. Noah answered and he was great. He held what I needed and I came in. When I got in they had my item and I talked with the manager, Justin, for a bit. He and Noah were both so friendly and helpful that it really stood out to me.
