My best friend called to understand the process of appraising as it was her first time. The person who she spoke to belittled her and her ring, all she was asking for was an appraisal for insurance purposes. They took what was supposed to be a happy experience, and made it a very negative experience. I would never recommend this place and I’m not sure why the jeweler who told us to go here, recommended here either.
