We rented from Jeff Parent the owner of new england equities for just over a year and he was a terrible land lord. While we were living there our apartment was broken into and the front door was broken. We told him the door was not secure and he never came to fix it or do anything about it. We had to nail a piece of wood over the broken glass to secure it and even then it wasn't fully secure.
