I was very pleased with my experience with New England Ear Nose & Throat.
Dr. Aliphas is very professional in his approach to addressing my needs. He is interested first in listening to the patients problem. He then takes great care to examine you before he suggests a course of treatment that you will be comfortable with. He's a breath of fresh air in a very demanding and hectic medical profession. I have confidence in him.

My experience was outstanding as I described in the rating submitted. As I began this section The words " Didn't like it "appeared on the screen.Nothing could be further from the truth. I attempted to delete it and start over, but could not delete it. PLease rely on my other rating
I can common now as i am still on antibiotic, which I am not sure if is going to work, I might need to change,if I do not respond To it. The service was very good
My experience was very positive. No long wait. The doctor gave me his full attention. Very pleased.
Very happy and more than satisfied with Dr. Aliphas! Great ENT specialist, thorough and caring. My only suggestion would be that if the doctor is running late, which is seldom, and understandable, the office call the next patientâs cell phone to notify them. It would be a nice courtesy, considering the busy and time lacking world we all live in today.
Nothing needs to be improved. Everything was great from being greeted to the audiologist and then the time spent with the doctor.
Excellent care, and taken on time!!
