RecommendedI’ve gone to Dr. Mark for approximately 15 years now with no issues ever. Once I toyed with the idea of switching dentists & the other facility said I had 6 cavities & wanted me to sign a financial contract for payment of services to be performed. This was highly unusual, so I went back to Dr. Mark & he said what they tried to do was to replace all silver fillings to cement ones. They were not active cavities at all. So because of his honesty & great customer service they have a loyal customer forever

I have had the most care and thoughtfulness from this Dentist, He takes time to explain to you and he is very concerned about your teeth! and trys to make you as comfortable as possible. The staff is excellent!!! The receptionist is wonderful sheis so helpful, and very kind!!! I have nothing but a very good experience with them I would send anyone to them with a good feeling. Just love them!!!!
The care and compassion for their patients go above any dentist I have gone to in the past. They do everything in their power to work with you financially and to make each visit as painless as possible. My husband has avoided dentist for years,now he has no problem going.
It's all about the bottom line for these vipers. If they think you owe them money, they will hound you to the ends of the Earth. But if you have overpaid them, forget it. They'll throw a thousand obstacles in your path. How hard is it to pull up a file to see if there's a pile of unapplied cash? I am very disappointed with New England Dental!
