Extremely knowledgeable sales staff, excellent service team. Extremely accommodating friendly people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone! Just had my first service done by them on a brand new moped bought in-store. They go WAY out of their way to assure total customer satisfaction. 11/10

Last week I bought my dream motorcycle. I looked High and low talked to dealers from CT to NC and when all was done I bought my bike from Chris at New England Cycle works for many reasons. 1- the price was right 2- quality of there service department was rated very high 3- and most important there no nonsense approach to pricing was most welcome. I was on my way from Las Vegas to Maine on my Goldwing. After stopping for the night in CT. One of my headlights was out. They were on the way I stopped to have it replaced. The said it would not be until the next day. I explained my situation. The fit me in, and an hour or two later I was back on the road. Can't say enough about there service.. Great job.
