New England cycle works be aware that they are charging 1,500.00 over fees on a 800.00 moped and the moped is less then adequate. we had to return one and.they tried to repair it by taking the carburetor apart which was uncalled for on a new moped you cannot do such a thing they kept giving us the round about to try everything in their power to not refund us our money which is completely uncalled for so I highly recommend you do not purchase ANYTHING from these people they are con artist let me repeat that they are CON ARTIS... read more

They charge hidden finance fees that no other dealership does. Nice enough people but watch what you sign with them.
Recommendedhad my 02 intruder vl1500 In for oil change and plugs they did safety check price was reasonable and was complete ready for me to pick up 3 hours later definitely be going back for more work when needed
Just got a grom, Had some trouble due to credit but Justin jumped through hoops to make it happen. Was always very communicative through the process. Will be going back soon when its time for my kid to get something.
Worked with Chris to get a specific side by side that I wanted. He managed to locate it at an out of state dealership. Chris managed to get what we wanted with in a couple days, and even accommodated my request to deliver it to me. All of this for an out the door price better than I was quoted pre-tax at another dealership. Chris even called a week later to make sure I was happy and everything went well.
I recently bought a Honda Grom for my son and was a bit nervous about choosing the correct bike. Justin was an extremely polite, attentive salesperson who knows the proper balance between being pushy and invisible. Due to his follow-up and low key manner, my son felt a bond and insisted that we make the purchase only from him. Ask for Justin and you truly won’t be disappointed!
