The staff are great. Lisa J. literally saved my life. She delivered paperwork to me at hospital and pushed me to seek further treatment. This was on her own time. I am now 2 months sober and happier than I have been in years. If not for her, I am sure I would have left hospital and drank myself to death. Don't hesitate to come to NECC!!
Now I see why the reviews are so low. I started coming here a few years ago for a psychiatrist. My first one was great but sadly left the practice. I next started with Lisa Joyce. I actually liked her but unfortunately here I am leaving this review. We did agree on in person visits but life happened and I can not make it to the appointments physically.
