I have used New England Closets three different times for four closets and one built in. They are really good. Anne does an amazing job designing the closets and maximizes space. Every installer we have had has been phenomenal. They use high quality material. Highly recommend!

The team at New England Closets/Carpet Carousel are the most unprofessional and rude groups of people I have ever worked with. Upon failing to complete my job, I was harassed for weeks. STAY AWAY!!!
New England Closets did an amazing job on our Master closet and pantry! Heather worked with us to determine our needs and never hesitated to make sure the design was right. The installers Jeff and Raffi were the ultimate professionals asking for permission where needed and completing the job in a very neat and organized fashion, on time and left no mess behind. Excellent service! We love our new closets!
