i spent a year researching different solar panel companies the more i looked the more i realized that New England Clean Energy was the one Company that would meet my needs .very professional in all phases of the of the solar installation

I had a great experience with New England Clean Energy. Sales (Ben) was informative and low key- no pressure at all. The quote came in 1K lower than a competitor -okay then. Installation was a breeze. I have really enjoyed what I had installed and enjoyed the local power company's rebate. The whole experience was great.
I have had my system since 2013 and it has covered my electric bills with a small surplus, which I will use this year with a plug in hybrid. One of the best investments I have ever made. Excellent service.
I have enjoyed New England Clean Energy system for more than 5 years. Recently one of my microinverters stopped working. In about 3 weeks time, the NECE team had replaced the warrantied inverter and my system is up and running again. Most of the 3 weeks was the manufacturer shipping out the part. Once again, NECE demonstrates responsiveness and excellent customer service. The electricians that replaced the inverter used safe work practices and did excellent work. New England Clean Energy installed my panels 7 years ago and I've reduced my annual usage from 9,340 kWh to 930 kWh! Not one problem in 7 years. The professionalism of their crew was extremely good. I highly recommend them.
We came to know New England Clean Energy when they were selected as the installer by our community solar initiative. As an engineer and a perfectionist, I can be very demanding when it comes to having work done on my home.
