We had been customers of New England Clean Energy for 10 years now. Our experience with this company was excellent. When the system was installed, the team was extremely professional and did not leave any loose ends. We had no issues with the system since it was installed. So far, it provided what was promised. The process started with a great estimate in July. It took two months to get the panel installation scheduled. The installation took two days. The power was shut off by the contractors after the first day and wasn't turned back on as they should have (and we didn't know if it was safe to turn it back on). Then we waited... I've had a broken microinverter since July, and have been unable to get service. They need to improve their customer service.

We had a great experience using NE Clean Energy for rooftop solar. They were quick to respond to questions and installation went without a hitch. We'd definitely use them again.
New England Clean Energy is a great company. From the sales people to the installation crew they were always professional and polite during the installation. They hit my wall on my driveway backing the truck in. Instead of making a fuss about it they sent one of the guys to the store and got the material to fix my wall. After completing my solar job they spent time fixing my wall. It still as good as when they fixed it. What other company would do that for the customer.
