I contacted the owner of New England Floor and Carpet, Scott Swanson, for assistance with repairing the carpet from a recent installation. They came out to look at the carpet and I paid them $50. They were very sure that they could improve the quality of the seams. To be sure, they volunteered to put a sample seam in a piece of the carpet that I had leftover.
