On February 18, 2024 I took my SUV through New England car wash which I've been doing for the last 13 years. Unfortunately, this trip was different as they scratched and damaged the center console touchscreen. I immediately brought the damage to the attention of Mr. Sandoval, the new owner of the car wash. He adamantly refused to provide his insurance company information that resulted in $846.57 in damages. What my Jeep looked like after I paid full service
Boyfriend took his truck here and when he went to leave his iphone idapter wasn't in the truck and it was there. Said they didn't touch it.

Never use this car wash! When getting my car washed it damaged it and they will not fix the damage their machine did. The owner Jeff does not stand behind his work! I have to take him to court now.
