On February 18, 2024 I took my SUV through New England car wash which I've been doing for the last 13 years. Unfortunately, this trip was different as they scratched and damaged the center console touchscreen. I immediately brought the damage to the attention of Mr. Sandoval, the new owner of the car wash.
