I bring all of my cats here and I LOVE everyone from reception to the doctors. They are all so professional and most of all, I know that when my babies are there, they are taking care of them like they are their own pets. Dr. Schipper calls me herself anytime I have questions or concerns. She saved my number 1 baby a year ago and I can never express how grateful I am to her. I even sent my mom and her baby there. All the folks at New England Animal Hospital have always give my Pets top notch care....I highly recommend them.
my student had a dog pass away during child birth. My 16 year old student ended up caring for the young puppies, best she could. As things took a turn for the worst, she was not prepared to care for them. We made several calls. New England Animal Hospital was the most INSENSITIVE! When we explained we did not have the funds and were looking to be advised on what to do next, there response was, "Well what is she going to do, watch them die"?, "she needs to borrow the money and get them in here". Valentine's Day - my beloved Rollo had to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you is not nearly enough to say to Dr. Nick and the staff. Nick has always felt that my dogs were his, at least that's how he always treated them. I will always be thankful for finding you a very long time ago and will keep you in my life and the lives of my fur babies forever.
The doctors and staff here are incredible, this past week we were forced with making a brutal call on our beloved lil Girl/doxie. It was one of the worst moments of my life. And the staff was incredible, thank you for being so good to my family.
