I usually never do reviews but..... I'm in rescue and in and out of hospitals often. Very unusual for me to be completely happy when I leave BUT New England is the exception. I have found this place to go above and beyond for their clients. I've seen how busy this place is but yet everyone maintains a cheerful helpful attitude. I've always had prompt attention when an unexpected animal lands in my hand without warning. They always seem to fit them in and I couldn't be more grateful. Superior level of care. Kennels are amazingly clean and well kept.
Not working for best interest of our pets since the fabulous Dr Lemlin sold the practice and retired.
Took my new puppy Beau for his exam and vaccinations and as always Dr. Nick D was very thorough and informative.. and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me through. The vet tech Olivia was very sweet and gentle..with my nervous boy... Highly recommend
Do not take you animal here! They are the reason my cat died! Took my cat for his yearly appointment with shots, when Dr Lord gave the first vaccine “he missed” asked to get another one from the tech and gave to him (did not check to make sure correct amount or correct shot just gave to him) , when we left my cat was “healthy and no problems and good to go we were told” that evening we realized he was breathing weird and called the office the next day and brought him rightin. Been coming here since 1993. I didn't like my phone conversation I had the other day. I called in the morning and afternoon. I couldn't get a straight answer. Other then that, I love how Dr. Lord cares for my dog.

Get rid of that Cocky Receptionist Jeannie King. She ALWAYS gives me an Attitude when she see's me there. ALWAYS!!
