This was a seamless and professional experience. I highly recommend them. Carlos and Bob performed the work in the time frame they promised and the work was extremely neat. What made the experience even better was the fact that they are teachers as well as excellent technicians. I wouldn’t consider anyone else after my experience.

What a great company to work with. The secretary was wonderful. I have an infant and had no heat and she was able to get a technician out to me the same day! Will only call NEAS for all my heating and ac work!!

I had to call them for an urgent repair for my heating system as it was one of the coldest day. To their credit, they can on time, however the for a simple circuit change they charged me 660$, circuit itself costs 100$ max and the guy worked hardly 1n hour and half (including getting part). They presured me to take dicision sooner as the shop was closing and I wont be able to get part and I had to agree to a big charge. They took advantage of my situation. I called New England Air because I had no heat one morning. They were very responsive, sending someone out right away. The person who came, Carlos, was very knowledgeable. He identified the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. With a newborn in the house, I was afraid I was going to have to go to my mom's house for awhile until we had heat again. Had a problem with my heating system and the receptionist, Lisa, was very helpful. She tried to walk me through a couple of things before sending someone out (no one ever does this anymore). The tech Carlos came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The total cost was very reasonable and there were NO HIDDEN FEES. They were upfront about the service call cost and everything. What an awesome company. Will definately refer them to my family and all my friends and neighbors !!
