The quality of service I received here has left me feeling that I was targeted for mistreatment. The staff has been rude and dismissive throughout the whole year of going there over and over trying to get the job I had paid for done properly. In the end, they refused to provide support any longer claiming that the year’s warranty covering the items and services is over even thought the replacement parts they installed was still bad just like the first that they installed. Amir at New Empire Auto Repair is the best! He is very honest and if the work you need is covered by the car warranty he will tell you so you can get it done for free at the dealership (he won’t take advantage). For this reason I have been going to him for years. He also does great work, is speedy, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend him to all my friends.
