What a treasure this place is. A truly local and wonderful orchid shop. Ordered for my sister who lives locally and they were quick, kind, and gorgeous. Nicest customer service I've had in a long time. Thank you.

Ron is fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and answers questions with enthusiasm and genuine care. I have been wanting to get into orchids for a while since I started with a grocery store orchid during the height of the pandemic. This is the perfect place to learn, explore, and get acquainted with high quality plants (which are very reasonably priced). On top of all of that, the greenhouse is very much an oasis in the high desert and just fun to spend time in. I am telling all of my friends and family about New Earth Orchids!

My friend from Florida ordered from this place. Sent to me as a gift. Every plant arrived in good condition except for one besides being delivered to my old address and forwarded to the new one. Loved how each plant was carefully packaged. Will love to order from this place in the future.

Scale & mealybugs! I made a purchase of 5 plants a little over a year ago. I had been out of orchid growing for a while and this was my first purchase getting back into the hobby, so I didn't check them over as carefully as I should have. Almost as soon as I got home I realized that at least 3 of the 5 were infested with mealybugs and scale - not just one or two, but crawling with both. So far, I have had to kill one of those plants after repeated systemic treatments failed, another one is dying and still infested despite tr... read more
