Great business! shop here! As a female trying to buy parts, New dixie provided me with pleasant service and good parts. I got quotes from other local shops and I saved almost $300 goin to new dixie. Although they did not install the parts for me like I would have hoped, they gave a suggestion to a shop near by who they said did good work. With the combination of QUALITY PARTS and a good mechanic everything was taken care of. SHOP HERE AND YOU WILL BE SATISFIED!
TERRIBLE!!!! USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!!! They sell parts that do not last and refuse to allow you to return them. For your own good, ignore their misleading website and stay away from their crappy parts. The transmission I bought from them went out on the highway and could have killed me. This is not something to take lightly, just look for a more honest and reputable place. I don't see how any good review about them could be true. Truly an awful experience. They are terrible business men.
Radiator Disaster I purchased a radiator for my Explorer. The radiator leaked and I tried to return it. I talked to the rep, he told me to return radiator. I returned the radiator and the rep did not remember the conversation 10 minutes later. No refund. NO INTEGRITY

my transmission got serviced New Dixie style! I called New Dixie auto parts on a transmission for my car and they gave me the best price in town and even delivered the transmission to the shop they recommended to me I was about to spend twice as much through somebody else and would have had to find my own repair shop too! They saved me a lot of time and money. I am telling everyone I know who need parts about New Dixie
