Great place. Edit 1 year update: Home had many unseen issues. Plumbing was old and clogged and there were things in the tubes from the old tenant that was blamed on my kids and I. We ended paying $110 for that. Also, landlord promised lots of changes, updates and fixes but never came back to do any of it. We never even got to use the middle bathroom tub because of it leaking water. Landlords maintenance guy came and placed bread in the rim to keep it from running. The next day it leaked.
