I have been going to New Dimensions Dentistry for many years and I am very happy with Dr. Pollina and his staff. I have felt welcomed since my first appointment. Dr. Pollina cares about his patients along with his staff. I hope I never have to change dentists because it would be very difficult to do so. I thank all of you at New Dimensions for making my experience a good experience.

Our family was visiting some friends last month in the Johnstown area. The second day of our stay my wife started having severe pain in a tooth. Not having a dentist in the area, our friend suggested that she see Dr. Pollina. His office took her the very next morning which was more than we could have hoped. When he examined her he saw that she needed a root canal. Dr. Pollina performed the procedure which was painless for her. We were very thankful to say the least. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Most of the hygienists are nice, however I had two girls work on my teeth and chat like I wasn’t even there. Dr. Pollina (I felt) bullied me into a tooth extraction, made me feel like I had no other choices and it HAD to be done. After the novocaine injections I left with shocks and pain in my face and chin. I saw three other doctors and was confirmed with trigeminal neuralgia (look it up! The most painful condition). the music n the center was very clean. the clients were very nice. The choice of music was spectacular. The only thing I saw that needed improvement was his caring heart needed to be in his work. Because i was a first timer and Me going there I wanted his expert opinion about the severity of my pain in my ears didnt really look much into te lining of my jaw. And it seemed like he could give two cares about me.🤔🤔

I already wrote a recommendation on Facebook but wanted to also write a review--that is how much I love New Dimensions! Dr. Pollina is absolutely wonderful. You can feel that he genuinely cares about his patients. He and his staff are kind and informative and make a great effort to ensure your comfort and trust. At first, I wasn’t sure the longer wait was worth it; however, Dr. Pollina was amazing with my son. My three year old does not always do well in new settings. The staff allowed my son to walk around and watch his siblings get worked on. They recommended to bring him back every 3 months to help him get more comfortable; whereas, at my last 2 dentists, I feel they were happy to get the screaming kid to leave.
