They can fix it..... When my computer broke down I was out of options. Either pay a lot to get it fixed at my manufacturer or find something local. My friend recommended New Dimension Service Solutions and these guys did all the work for a really good price. They either take shipments or drop-offs. They are fast and can fix it all. I highly recomend them.

Great Computer Sales and Service I never go out of my way to give âkudosâ to businesses but in the âlack of customer service worldâ we live I wanted to express what a WONDERFUL experience I had with a small business in Concord, CA, New Dimensions Service Solutions. Great Service I took my Toshiba Satellite in to New Dimensions about a year ago with a severe power supply problem and it was fixed in a couple of days and has worked better since that time than it did when new! I highly recommend these guys. They are true professionals and also have great people skills, which I haven't experienced with most other techies.
Good work, lengthy service New Dimensions is a great place to get computers fixed, but it does take too long to get work done. This is a computer support company that is supported by Toshiba, so with a warranty, you can get work done for free. Unfortunately, most work takes about a week. The service is great at New Dimensions - they call you as soon as your computer is available for pickup, and are very helpful. Their main flaw is that they are far from speedy.

I had an urgent computer service need over the holidays and the New Dimensionsâ staff gave me the comfort that the job would be done correctly and quickly. The front counter personnel were cordial and helpful during my stressful holidays and got my computer fixed and back to me before Christmas.
