Awful! I thought I was still a member and tried calling Saturday before my res appointment but the office was closed. So I had to pay $100 extra for my appointment and they are saying if I enrolled before the appt I would have been covered! DUH you weren’t open!! They also said they have emailed me abs tried calling me but nothing! Rose is the worst customer service agent
Hi! I had an emergency appointment and the road close to the office was close. I called to explain the situation to Marie (receptionist) and she does not help at all also talking with bad actitud. The only solution for her was reschedule but the lady next to her help me consulting the doctor to see if they can see me. Thanks to the another lady for help.
