1st time I went, I went early as I know I have to fill out paperwork. They weren't even open, and my appointment at least an hour after they supposed to open for the day. 2nd time I went again, locked door so they don't even open when they say they're opened and it's not like I have the very 1st appointment. I had a couple appointments after, they would constantly call and say they changing the appointment to another day and time without even asking if I'm available.
