First, they DO NOT finance any vehicle under a 2012. Second, they use the FICA credit scoring system which uses a lifelong credit history. Third, they applied for a Capitol One finance using my info which I did not authorize them to do. In the end it hit me with 2 hard credit checks against me bringing my score down even further. Last but not least the service was so slow that the inhouse whichever team called me asking if I wanted to come down a take a look at some cars, while I was already there trying to get a vehicle. They lied and cheated. I had selected a car and the AC was not working right. They promised to fix it and I STUPIDLY paid for the car. Next day, still no AC. And every excuse in the book! They would not refund my money. Told me to pick another vehicle. I picked a hybrid. No sooner did we drive it home, that the battery failed! They must have charged it so it would last a few miles. This dealership came highly recommended by a close friend.. I went down and looked at what I thought was a really nice car for a decent price. Under 150k miles on a 21 year old car. Dealership was nice and friendly when I was buying the car but when the check engine light came on in 15 days they decided to bot return calls. About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible to look into and resolve the issue, we took this car to them 3 times with the understanding they were going to make good on their word and fix it.
