I am currently on a different program and had some questions regarding transferring and Medicaid. I was not looking forward to the call because I have heard so many negative comments from rude staff to location etc. I was pleasantly surprised when Tasha transferred me to a counselor named Gabrielle. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She spent well over 35 minutes on the phone answering questions and thinking of new ones.
