They overcharged me twice, and fortunately I know how to check that and got it refunded. Make sure you check your EOB’s(explanation of benefits) when they charge you or receive a bill from them. It should match your EOB’s.

Strange place. Went there once to get work done they said they'd call me back to schedule appointments they never did I called them and my call was forwarded to a different dentist office. Strangest experience ever.

The staff at New Day Dental never cease to amaze me with their kindness and compassion, even when they are having a busy or rough day. They practice shady business tactics: 1. I came for a regular cleaning and the "doctor" tried to force me put a crown and treat "cavity." In fact I went to another dentist two days later who told me that my teeth are fine. 2. They are extremely annoying and desperate! They called me 100 times later trying to schedule the next visit. Looks like people simply don't return after the first visit. 3. Dirty scammers: They sent me a $45 invoice for nothing (empty blank)!
