I had mild neck pain and low back pain for a couple years. I compete in bikini bodybuilding and I could see that my posture was not perfect therefore I came to see Dr. Garcia for a free posture examination . Dr. Garcia did a chiropractic examination and with his gentil adjustments after a couple treatments I feel the tightness of muscles and posture improving very fast .
