I was in Aspire's eating disorder program for about three months. I am finally in recovery and doing better than ever thanks to their amazing treatment team. They genuinely cared and that made the difference for me.
Excellent experience! The staff was so nice and supportive. Very beautiful and quiet location. I'm not a fan of seeing doctors at all. And had troubles attending other places with my problem. But this one didn't feel like I'm having a Therapy, can't explain my feelings though. But I was feeling pretty Good there. Totally recommend to anyone having eating disorders. One of the best places!
Very nice staff! Helped me overcome my eating disorder. I feel much better now (4 months since my treatment). Now I can definitely say that Aspire Wellness and Recovery is a #1 eating disorder treatment center in Sacramento area.
