Grace is really really kind and amazing. She is extremely thorough and I feel she got to know me and my situation before proposing any solutions. She really helped me
They faxed the insurance company for approval twice. Both times it did not go through and they did not check nor follow up. Just kept hearing "we are waiting for the insurance company to approve". When you are dealing with mental health, think this might have a more sense of urgency and professionalism.
I can not say enough fantastic things about Grace & New Dawn Psychiatric Care. I came in a complete disaster and she is just so empathetic and patient and kind. She took the time to really listen to me and my frustrations and created a realistic path forward for me and my life has done a complete 180. It's like someone turned the lights on for the first time! You will NOT regret it!

Grazyna Pak has been so amazing to my wife and I. She is so thorough and is great at using her intellect and knowledge to form a medication regimen that is right for you. She takes time in assessing to ensure she knows you well enough to prescribe medication. She holds great boundaries and ethics, which ultimately benefits you.
