Just used their Groveland Ma location. Our car was damaged by an animal running out of a trail into the side of the car in Newburyport. These guys got the car yesterday, fixed the fender body panel, fender liner, repainted, etc in 2 days time. They even buffed the headlights (because they thought it was a good idea, a no additional charge). Nice people to deal with. Thanks again Carlos and your team.
I first found New Craft Collision through insurance recommendations after an accident. My car needed a lot of TLC and that is exactly what Adriano and his team provided. My front plate was lost in the accident and I was told to come back with my new plates and they would put them on free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough, Adriano goes above and beyond to provide the best service for his customers.
