After recently getting into an accident. I was referred to New Craft to repair my vehicle. Adriano was so helpful and kind. I am thoroughly pleased with the repairs that were effected on my vehicle. I was very impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and utmost care that was experienced during my recent collision repairs. Just used their Groveland Ma location. Our car was damaged by an animal running out of a trail into the side of the car in Newburyport. These guys got the car yesterday, fixed the fender body panel, fender liner, repainted, etc in 2 days time. They even buffed the headlights (because they thought it was a good idea, a no additional charge). Nice people to deal with. Thanks again Carlos and your team.
I first found New Craft Collision through insurance recommendations after an accident. My car needed a lot of TLC and that is exactly what Adriano and his team provided. My front plate was lost in the accident and I was told to come back with my new plates and they would put them on free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough, Adriano goes above and beyond to provide the best service for his customers.
