I have used them several times. They are honest, fair and quick!
My car was making a grinding noise by the time I reached Council Bluffs from Memphis Tennessee. A family member recommended New Covenant Car Care. Being mechanically inclined I suspected bad bearings because my brake pads were still close to new. Shane took it for a test drive and said it must be the brakes. I argued with him. He took it for another test drive, this one longer. Then he inspected the bearings and brakes. He discovered the brake calipers were sticking due to degraded brake hoses. If I could give them 0 stars I would, took them 3 weeks to put in new engine then they say it wasn't the engine it was the air compressor, air worked just fine until they took it.
