Just experienced the WORST service ever from a Toyota dealer. Which I’ve been a Toyota owner since 2001 and with a brand new 2017 (less than 4 months old), the service technician claimed my issue wouldn’t be covered under warranty. He was non empathetic, condescending and once I have an outcome from colonial tomorrow, I plan on reporting this complaint to Corporate Toyota. Beware, they will try and rob you blind. Thank God I’m a little mechanically inclined. Shame on Westport Toyota.
