This dealership likes to use a scare tactic of telling people they shouldn’t work on their cars at all but bring them inside and we’ll work on them for outrageous prices. How convenient you can call and schedule your next vehicle maintenance from the engine bay. That’s illegal by the way. You won’t void a ware for doing your own scheduled maintenance.
I'd like to give a shoutout to Nick and every other lousey sales rep & manager at this dealership for making sure I never buy a Toyota again. Within a month of owning my car - had all my brake pads replaced, all my rotors replaced, 2 tires, an alignment, & shotty body and paint work performed.
