“Very disappointing experience. I was given what I believe was an outrageously high quote for rust cleaning and resurfacing work, and when I refused to approve it, the response felt intimidating rather than professional. Mentioning the DMV in that situation came across as a threat and made me feel pressured into paying unnecessary charges. This did not feel like honest or customer-friendly service. I would not recommend this place and I strongly suggest that anyone considering service here get another estimate first.”

Ended up paying a bunch of money for nothing due to incredibly poor communication. Also the guy told me I don’t have a coverage plan with them when I do. And he was somehow never available when I called
I had an excellent experience buying a 2026 rav4 with Larry Moore. Amazing communication superb professionalism. He guided me every step of the way. I would buy another car from him without any hesitation!
