worst experience ever We made the deposit for Sienna with specific VIN number. And we were promised to get the car in two weeks. And finally, we were told that we need to wait for 2 months. Finally, we were said we want 100％ refund. The sale representative was angry in call (doesn't want to coporate) and even didn't want to answer my question when and how I could get refund

brand new 2026 grand highlander hybrid purchased and issues found within 10k miles, instructed that the best way to prevent future squirrel dmg to an evap line would be to "buy a cat". seemed abbrasive and rude ok people have bad days sure. drove the car home and now i can't fill the gas tank full anymore, look under the vehicle to find the evap line was disconnected and left hanging below along with plastic fascia that is also half dissassembled.
