I had an outstanding experience at this dealership. Due to some epic chaos in my life, I found myself needing an inspection urgently. I drove in and Herbert got it all taken care of for me in under an hour. What impressed me is how well I was treated even though this is not my usual dealership and I have never been there. Update: Took the car to a shop (next day) due to wheel shaking and now we're needing to put in thousands in repairs for a variety of issues. We're waiting for a callback from the manager as this is a severe safety issue and clearly overlooked by the shop before they sold it. We're hoping they're honest and reimburse us for the cost since it shouldn't have left the lot in this condition and it's too unsafe to drive back up to Saratoga.
