My husband and I recently purchased a used car from New Country Mini and our experience was great. Alex Mullan, our sales associate was communicative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and responsive to questions. The business manager, Chris, was also a pleasure to work with and wasn’t overly pushy trying to upsell us on things we didn’t want. He made the signing process easy. Both were great to work with. Overall, a very positive experience at New Country Mini.
My visit to New Country MINI was to resolve an issue created by a shop with lower rates. That was false economy. All their work had to be redone in addition to some remediation. The wait at New Country was comfortable and even enjoyable. The World Cup was on TV and the coffee machine made excellent lattes.
Very good and professional experience. Over the years, I have had my MINI serviced at New Country multiple times and always feel that they do a terrific job. Austin, the service advisor I just recently had, explained everything that was going to be done on the car thoroughly. I was set up with a terrific loan car and when my car had to be kept an additional day (only to make sure the car repairs were completed accurately to ensure safety), it wasn’t a problem keeping the loaner.
