Ryan (service lead) took time to explain things about the car since we are new to minis which was a big help, and Angel (mechanic) sent video looking over the car measuring brake/rotor life, tire wear while inspecting the underneath of the car. Oil change and transmission flush were done as requested. Both were very professional. My husband and I were happy with the service. .
