New Concepts is a great salon. The stylists are warm and inviting and are accommodating. They do a great job!
I would not recommend this salon! I have high hopes for this place since it’s just in the neighborhood. Went here for a Brazilian Blowout & Elisa did a poor job. I had it done on a Monday, it was just me for the most part of the day. I waited till Saturday to wash my hair and voila my hair feels & look exactly the same before I went to the salon. So Disappointed! 3 things: She might have used a cheap product, or not enough products on my hair, or because she didn’t flat iron my hair in sections (she just blow dried it). I ju... read more
