I have gone to this facility and brought friends for the past year. After new management things have turned around. I got acrylic nails done the day before I left for vacation and 3 fell off 2 days later. I called when I got back to get the rest of them removed and they told me I had to wait until Friday. I go Friday to get them removed and get my refund I was offered. When I get there and told the nail tech she yelled at me and told me I don't t know how businesses work and that I would not get a refund. I asked for a card ... read more

Sarah took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. She literally was very slow and meticulous which I did not mind because I wasn't in a rush and she was tidying up a sloppy nail job I had done in Baltimore. We didn't talk much but she seemed very sweet. She went the extra mile to remove excess polish around my nailbed. If I return it will only be to see her. Part of this business is various hair dressers that rent attached space, and I understand many are very good. The nail salon side is a different story. I booked 5 mani-pedi's one month in advance for a girls birthday party in 2014. I was very clear it was younger girls and we had other activities scheduled and would this work?
