As the Board president at our current condo block and having dealt with two previous management companies, I have to say that Maria and the New Concept Management team are clearly the best and no BS involved!

New Concept, and specifically Maria Bartolotti, have managed our building for about ten years. Maria's level of knowledge and passion for her work shows every day in how she is willing to help the board members of her buildings. We are a smaller building and obviously not one of the more lucrative accounts for New Concept, but I've never felt we were given lesser service and would recommend New Concept to anyone looking for a professional property management company.
