Hello, I recently filled out an application for a three-bedroom apartment. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and I felt comfortable. When it comes to the worst recycling of lock changes, New Columbia takes the crown. I've never encountered so many residents reporting that their homes have been accessed by strangers they don't recognize. The office's typical response has been, "She knows him; he/she gave her the key," while both parties insist, "We don't know each other." Wasted 90$ on an application fee, 5 hours out of my day to travel there and back to get no support from the team. They said denial for “proof of good rental history” I have their 3 year requirement. The other was a felony for property damage which was paid in full, what kind of bs is this that they refuse to even make a resolution response.
