Wasted 90$ on an application fee, 5 hours out of my day to travel there and back to get no support from the team. They said denial for “proof of good rental history” I have their 3 year requirement. The other was a felony for property damage which was paid in full, what kind of bs is this that they refuse to even make a resolution response.
It's not good a place to live period
Nayeli who works in the new Columbia office likes to threaten tenants with lease termination but has no authority to do this. When this was brought up to Michael in the office, he says she's new and this will be used as a learning experience except here we are 8 months later and she did it again. I also moved out nov 30 and spoke with nayeli who put we moved Dec 10 so now they are trying to charge me extra. Watch out for these people I'm so glad to be out of these apartments!
They looked up past information that had nothing to do with my family and rejected us a home. We’re 3 people in a small 1 bedroom apartment and they know this
