Roaches. Crime. Shady management.
This is a terrible place to live and to visit. Every year I’ve stayed here, it gets worse and worse. It looks worse and worse. Just stop by and see for yourself. Neighbors are terrible. They let kids run up an down stairs and by doorways at anytime throughout the day and night. The kids around here destroy the properties around the complex. They leave trash and break glass for anyone to drive over. They play around cars and even leave marks on your vehicle. I'm leaving this post for my mother because she is not good with technology. If we could leave 0 stars we would. Part of my mothers security deposit was taken for damages that never happen. The manager in the office was very dismissive to my mother so I stepped in to advocate for her. It was confirmed with maintenance that nothing extra was done to the apartment other then a normal turn over when you leave the apartment. He confirmed that there were no damages. I wonder if the scab owners fix the façade brick barrier out on Adams Street that fell and crumbled all over the sidewalk no they have not because I just seen it the other day it’s only a matter of time before the other side falls down and they get sued to high hell..They don’t dump a dime into their properties and expect people to pay their rent on time I’ve seen tenants go without air conditioners all summer long
