Home cleaning I must say that I was very impressed with cleaning and professionalism of New Century Maids. They did what they had said would be done and I am truly happy to have found them. They make my life much easier.

Condo Cleaning I found New Century Maids on Homestars after I moved into my new condo. I have used two other maid services previously in Mississauga, both of which left me unsatisfied. New Century Maids has been excellent. They are extremely detailed. I would rate them an A+.

House cleaning Having been told that I would need to pay for an initial deep clean, I was expecting a very thorough job (especially given the high price for a small home). Instead, I came home to a house that looked good at first glance, but had none of the "deep cleaning" done. Nothing was dusted, no surfaces were wiped down, the garbage cans weren't emptied, and it was hard to believe that 4.5 hours were spent accomplishing this. I am very surprised about this complaint. As all of our customers know it is our policy to call the next day and ask for feedback on the house cleaning service. We had called you as well, we invited you to take advantage of our re-do policy, if a customer sees that there has been something missed in the cleaning and lets us know they are entitled to a re-do cleaning, which is done at the earliest convenience of the customer. Move out cleaning Lilla hooked me up on very short notice to do move out cleaning in my 1 BR place. Kris & Ala showed up on time and were very patient, as I was a bit late. House cleaning New Century Maids just saved my life. I received a phone call that my in-laws were flying in from the US. I was shocked, and could only picture the state my house was in. I quickly googled and found New century Maids and called. They were the best, the set up a day for my cleaning (even though it was so short notice) and I have no words for how great the cleaners were. Prompt, courteous and my house never looked so clean. House cleaning We have been using New Century Maids for a year and a half now and I can't say enough good things. My house is always spotless after their visit. I have strong allergies to dust and many chemicals and I'm able to breathe easier since they started to clean my house. Thank you guys for making my life a little easier.
