Good cleaners; good communication; good company I recently used the company's cleaning services (4 man hours) and I was very satisfied with the company's services. The cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning my home and following the instructions I had left. The company did a great job of communicating the appointment time, as well as confirming the start and end time (as we were out of the house) and ensuring we were satisfied. I would recommend the company's services and use the company again.

Deep cleaning I have a big house with 5 bedroooms and finished basement. A crew of 2 came on time. They finished it all in 5 hrs as decided. It was my first time with them that’s why it was a deep cleaning but for next time it will not take that long time. I surely would recommend them.

Untrustworthy Started off fine with a "Deep Clean" back in late November, when we finally started our first monthly arrangement the quality dropped substantially and the company had a 0 refund or partial refund policy. They sent a tenured experience cleaner for the first experience, and two newer ladies to their company the second time. Condo move in cleaning I hired these guys for a condo cleaning before move in. Service was prompt and on time with very reasonable prices. Their customer service is excellent as I had a couple of areas that needed to be redone and they came back the next day to finish it. The only thing I have is that it would be best to know exactly what the services include so as to not have unmatched expectations. I would hire them again for my next project.

bi weekly cleaning I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cleaners and the amount of rigor of some the cleaners. I like that I can identify a cleaner(s) that I want on a consistent basis.
