NOT post-renovation cleaners I debated whether to write this review since Cathi and Jacqueline were so friendly and organized, but I didn't want anyone else to experience what I did. Dear Grace, There must have been some miscommunication - we do not charge $5 more for a crew using a shop-vac. All post reno cleanings cost more because of more work that needs to be done - more elbow grease is needed. All of our cleanings come with a 24 hour guarantee that if there is something you are not happy with we will send the crew back to your home to address the areas that may have been missed. Deep cleaning Two or three times a year we have them in for a "deep cleaning". All those placed we all hate to get too. They do an fantastic job with everything. They communicate well with arrival time check in emails and check out. House it spotless as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic job I recently had a post Reno clean and they did a fantastic job!! Obviously a post Reno clean was more than 130.00 but the regular cleans I got previously were approx that. Super nice to be able to rely on a cleaning service that meets my high standards!

Cleanup in the basement Initiated request with New Century Maids via company web site. Received response right the way and scheduled cleaning the next week. The maid arrived late with no advance warning but she did a very good clean up job within the time limit that they quoted. I would consider using them again.

My apartment cleaning Every time someone from New Century Maids cleans our apartment, it smells fantastic and looks even better. I always get friendly reminders about the appointment, and they make it easy to reschedule if needed with no penalty. There is a discount to schedule repeated cleanings.
