Great company they have they took care of my father in law and both my husband grandmothers and did phenomenal care for all of them!!
My sister was cared for by your agency for about 8 months. She only left your service when she needed 24 hrs care and her husband's health was rapidly deteriorating. While under your care, I believe she was treated with excellent care and dignity
Amazing staff and phenomenal care!
When I brought my stepdad home it was chaotic. We were stressed already with his arrival and we didn't get all the equipment he needed. Some of the nurses made me feel like they didn't want to be at our home. An on call nurse seemed like she didn't want to drive the 45 minutes to our house. I ended up telling her I would figure it out and hung up. She did call back and ended up coming over. I didn't appreciate the way she talked to us the 3 times we needed her. Excellent Hospice company and amazing staff members that go above and beyond to help families in their toughest times in life losing a loved one. The amazing care they had given to my grandmother & family were absolutely incredible. My family is so thankful for everyone involved in her care. There is no better choice than New Century Hospice!
