My family and I highly recommend New Century Hospice Fort Worth. They went above and beyond for my family, especially when we needed it the most. Beth was extremely helpful with his discharge from the hospital, especially when the hospital gave us a hard time. She was very compassionate and took the time to explain the process to my parents. I am a primary care provider and Crystal with New Century Hospice is an absolute star! Even when this company couldn’t take my patient because their insurance was out of network she not only helped me find a hospice provider who was but helped get him set up with his nurse from that hospice provider the same day! That’s truly caring for what is best for patients. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my patients!
New Century Hospice truly cares!! Every person we've come into contact with has been nothing short of AMAZING!! They take an intense, sensitive, and sometimes confusing journey and walk you through every step. They manage things with such compassion, its as if they are caring for their own family. My sweet dad was on service with New Century. Every single person was truly amazing and provided the most amazing care for my dad and our entire family. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to keep my dad comfortable and he had the most peaceful home-going thanks to this team. I truly don’t think there’s enough words for how we all feel about our experience!
Our family would like to highly recommend New Century Hospice. They have been caring for our Grandpa for over 3 months and it has been a great experience amidst a difficult situation. Every person involved has been wonderful to work with, has shown so much compassion and kindness - and everyone has been very helpful. Shanika has been the BEST nurse for our Grandpa!
