New Century Credit Union (NCCU) is THE BEST. Not only do they REALLY take care of their "family", we - the clients, but they have the lowest interest rates, and....everyone in the office is extremely professional and polite. It is a wonderful banking environment!!!! NCCU always "has your back" and looks out for YOUR best interest.
I have enjoyed a very close professional relationship with this credit union for around 33 years. I have seen new managers, new names and logos, and have never had reason to walk around the corner for a larger facility. I have always been greeted by name, usually with a smile,by people who display a genuine desire to help, aid, and assist every member on a peersonal, yet professional basis. In my opinion, the current management and staff excell in all phases of the business.
They have always been very friendly and easy to work with.
There are many financial institutions out there that "talk the talk" but when it really comes down to providing exceptional member service they fail to "walk the walk". I have been a member of New Century CU for over 10 years now and they have NEVER let me down. I can expect consistant outstanding member service each and every time I go in.
