I have been a member since high school and I have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the great financial solutions they have been able to help myself and my husband with over the years. Definitely a customer service oriented organization.

I have been with New Century since I moved to Kansas from California. I never new you could get serviced this well by a banking instatution. The employees our wonderul and very kind and helpful. There is no reason for me to go anywhee else for any banking services from loans - checking - savings - and investments. They have it all and are willing to help out at any given time. They really do care about you. Thanks New Century!
I have been a member since I was in college many years ago. NCCU has always given me competitive interest rates and walked me through the various loan processes. The staff are friendly and remember your name. It makes me feel like my investments are safe and well tended to. I'd recommend them to anyone!
The whole staff is very personable, kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to make your credit union experience outstanding.

The name may have 'new', but it is the wonderful 'old' style of business that keeps us there! Fine service, name/face recognition, having my info available before I can even spit out the account number, etc. I've moved out of state many times, and have maintained NCCU! They are the 'home' away from 'home'. I'm never far away, when I can just call a 'friend' who can handle whatever item I need handled. When NCCU says they are your financial family, they mean it! I have been an NCCU member for about 25 years. When I moved to Hays I still keep my business at NCCU, because no one serves you better. There are not many businesses out there that know your name and have your best interest at heart!
