Guys this place is horrible. It’s kind of sucky. I really liked Andrew he was cool however after doing screening I applied and paid the deposit. I was then denied which is fine however returning the deposit took a whole month and a half and I never experienced anything like this in my life during this time I was patient they want me to continue to wait and it’s giving they are just broke and scamming. Horrible situation to have to deal with .

Apartments are so run down. I keep getting told it’s a bad idea to rent here. Stay alert people
I recently applied for New Century and waited weeks for barely any communication. The management is so rude especially the woman who is charge of looking at your income. She is disrespectful and a waste of time. Never live here. The apartment building is rundown and a scam. If you want a happy place to live don’t live here.
extremely unprofessional and rude management! My roommates and I submitted applications that understandably took weekssss to review but barely took the time to respond and communicate with us. When i went to tour the building the door wasn’t locked so someone can easily come in and take packages and mail. Felt very unsafe. They treated me very rudely, the buildings are rundown, just avoid this place if you can!!
