I recently applied for New Century and waited weeks for barely any communication. The management is so rude especially the woman who is charge of looking at your income. She is disrespectful and a waste of time. Never live here. The apartment building is rundown and a scam. If you want a happy place to live don’t live here.
extremely unprofessional and rude management! My roommates and I submitted applications that understandably took weekssss to review but barely took the time to respond and communicate with us. When i went to tour the building the door wasn’t locked so someone can easily come in and take packages and mail. Felt very unsafe. They treated me very rudely, the buildings are rundown, just avoid this place if you can!!
Can't stand the nasty homeless people that are always getting codes and coming into the property, of course the slow overweight property management team does nothing about security- get freaking security cameras in the complex- these dirty people keep stealing packages- can't stand it here
I have lived in downtown San Jose for nearly a decade now and my experience at these apartments was by far the worst I have experienced. Cleanliness: The state of all the units in the building are pretty bad with nothing more than rundown appliances and a new coat of paint to avoid actually fixing anything. When I moved in there was actually gum embedded into the carpet and chunks of lipstick in multiple spots despite the management claiming that the carpets had been deep cleaned before moving in. I’ve lived here for 2 years. The pros: great pricing (affordable housing). The shared laundry works well. Shared spaces are cleaned weekly. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive. My apartment is large and bright, with nice details. The cons: it can be very loud on the weekends. My neighbors are also very loud, so the noise feels overwhelming at times.
