I would highly recommend New Castle Real Estate & Property Management Company to anyone who is interested in purchasing or renting property in the Metropolitan Las Vegas area and surrounding communities. My family and I are impressed with how professional they were with us from showing the home we now are renting, as to the easy online process it is to apply and complete the leasing documents. I give them 5 stars as a whole company.
Great experience renting with this property management team. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly and communicated clearly every step of the way, and any issues we've raised have been addressed quickly with no back-and-forth needed. Kelly has been especially responsive and easy to work with throughout. We really appreciate the level of care and attention they've put into taking care of us as tenants. Highly recommend.
New Castle managed a home I rented for a few years and were always a pleasure to deal with. Never had many issues over the years, but they were quick to take care of anything that came up. Even throughout the move-out process, everyone was very respectful and made the process smooth. Owning several investment properties myself, I wish New Castle was in the markets I invest in! It’s tough to find quality property management and these folks are great, even as a tenant living in one of their units under management.
