We all hear horror stories of lousy landlords and management companies. However that is not the case with New Castle. We have been really impressed with the quality of technicians they have sent out to resolve problems, the speed at which they have addressed issues and their prompt communication with us. We recently moved into a rental property managed by New Castle. Yesterday I submitted a maintenance request for our air conditioning. Even though I indicated in my request that it wasn’t an urgent issue, they responded within an hour and a service visit was scheduled for early that afternoon. The technician who came by was polite, efficient, effective and attentive to cleaning up after his visit. Our issue was fixed and required no further follow-up. A great experience.
Best leasing company I’ve used in Las Vegas. They are quick to respond, informative and helpful if there are any issues. The application process was easy. We definitely recommend them.
